We first learned about Bonci Pizzeria when we were watching the Netflix series, Chefs Table: Pizza. The episode about Gabriele Bonci on “Chef’s Table: Pizza” resonated with us due to his innovative and artistic approach to pizza-making, which showcased a deep passion for high-quality ingredients and a unique culinary philosophy. Before the episode was over, my husband said we needed to go to the pizzeria on our next trip to Rome.

Our favorite was filled with carbonara. Much like the pizza, the supplì options change so you never know what flavors you’ll be able to try on your visit.
